How to soothe ourselves and others

Last week, we mentioned three simple self-soothing and self-calming techniques that we can do when we are faced with overwhelming stress, anxiety, and other negative emotions. Today, I want to share this beautiful animated video from the School of Life that tells us more.

Presented in a calm, gentle voice, the video explains the importance of knowing how to calm and soothe ourselves and others, especially in times of crisis.
