Carrying Too Much, Too Soon

In 2025, we served 154 mothers in our programme.

64 of them were under 18. That is 42% of all the mothers we served. Still girls themselves when they came to us.

This is not just what we see at Mother's Heart. It reflects a pattern across Cambodia that deserves more attention than it gets.

A young girl facing pregnancy on her own is already carrying more than she should. Her schooling, her health, her future are all at risk. And so is her child's. Getting support early makes a real difference for both of them. That is why this work matters, and why we keep showing up.
