Love Finds a Way

Before we close this week, we want to share a story that really stayed with us and hope that it will also stay with you.
This week our teams in Battambang and Phnom Penh visited mothers and babies in the program. It was a full and meaningful week. But one little one caught our attention in a special way - baby Rithya*.

This boy is just so happy. From the moment you see him, you cannot help but smile. At 15months, he is growing up with so much love and care around him. HIs grandparents are caring for him, his family has embraced him, and his mother Bopha* is not alone. Her family is there with her, helping her raise her son. Not because they must, but because they want to and they love him.
This is what our family reconciliation looks like in real life. A family that chose to come together. A mother who is not alone. A child growing up knowing he is wanted and loved. We share this story because we believe it can inspire and encourage others who may be in a difficult situation right now. There is always hope. Love can find a way. 🙏
Thank you to all of you who supports our work. You make stories like Rithya's possible.
Have a restful weekend, everyone.
